Is it wise to sell your house quickly?

The tide has turned, the property boom is over. Well thats, what we are being led to belive. House prices in the US have fallen in the last 12 months, and the UK is soon to follow. Some analysts belive that house prices in the UK will fall 30% in the next 5 years.

So is it wise to put you house up for sale with an estate agent, or sell your house through a property buying group.
